After ordering the machine in the eshop, we are still looking for a machine at European auctions and warehouses, we are sending you the current price of the machine and the delivery dates and the shipping price. Once we have agreed, we will issue you an advance invoice at 75% of the price of the machine.
After payment, we will personally purchase the machine, this means that we check the quality and condition of the machine before rebuilding. This process takes min. 1 week.
Next, we will send the machine to Germany where the machine is repaired. The actual refurbishment takes about 2 weeks. After that, Fitness Emergency will go to the rebuilding workshop in Germany, and we will personally test and pick up the machines.
We will take the finished machine to our workshop in Čáslav, where the machine is tested for 24 hours.
We then contact you and send the machine for 25% on cash or personally. In any case, when you install the machine you will meet our technician and you will personally take the machine.
Due to the volume of service orders, we are no longer able to repair these machines ourselves and, especially in Germany, they are definitely doing better.
